The U18 Girls team won the PA Classics Tournament U18 Elite level. They battled through 100 degree heat and tough competition beating NJ Jets team in the final.

STATE CUP CHAMPIONS! SCCSA would like to congratulate our Boys Dragons ‘07 (BU11) on winning the EPYSA 2018 Challenge State Cup Championship The team bested Langhorne Neshaminy Soccer Club 3-1 to cap an amazing season and bring home the Cup. Well done players, coaches, and fans on an outstanding run. We are all very proud of you!

Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons '05 for winning the 2018 EPYSA President's Cup State Championship.  The team went 5-0 on their path to the Championship scoring 17 goals while conceding just 2.  Today in the finals, the team fought through rain and wet turf conditions to earn a 1-0 victory over a tough FC USA Philadelphia Team.  The team will represent EPYSA in the Regional Championship in Barboursville, WV on June 16-18.  Congratulations again to Players, Coaches, and team supporters on on this outstanding accomplishment!

Congratulations to our U11 '07 Fire who were finalists at the Quakertown Invitational Tournament today! Great job guys!

Congratulations to the 08 Fire for going undefeated and taking first place in the Buckingham March Into Cups Tournament. Great job guys!

Congrats to the Dragons '08 (BU10) who were Champs at Continental FC Spring Invitational. The team went 3-0 outscoring their opponents 16-4 on their way to winning their group. Well done boys and coaches!

Congratulations to the Dragons '04 (BU14) who were champions at the Bob Urban Memorial Tournament. The team went 3-0 and outscored the opponents 14-3 and closed with 2 shutouts. A day filled with great weather, great effort and great results. Well Done Boys!

The SCCSA Boys u10 Dragons won the St Patrick's Day Emerald Cup Tournament shutting out all four of their opponents and winning the championship game against a quality team from Baltimore 4-0.

Congratulations to the girls U14 Dragons!  They competed in the Ultimate Cup in Richmond, VA this past weekend playing teams from Virginia, North Carolina and Washington, DC. They played great team soccer with 9 different girls scoring the team’s 14 goals while giving up only 1 goal in four matches. They earned 38 out of a possible 40 points in the standings en route to the tournament title.

Congratulations to the GU16 Dragons for earning the title of Champions of the Maple Zone’s Winter League! The team got off to a slow start this season but played hard to become the second seed in the playoffs. For the championship they played the Concord Barracudas in a 40 minute running clock match, coming out with a 3-2 win. Great work Girls!



Congratulations to the girls U14 Dragons!  They also broke up into two teams to compete in the Winter Indoor Futsal League. Both of the GU14 Dragons teams (Green and White) made the semi-finals in the USTC winter indoor futsal league. The teams played each other one of the semi-finals with the Green team moving on to the final. The Green team then took the title in a hard fought 2-2 (2-1 in PK’s) win the final.

Congratulations to the Boys U10 for finishing as champions of the USTC Futsal Elite u10 Division. They defeated the top two Division 1 Boys teams from APL to win the title. Great job guys!

The SCCSA Dragons ‘05 bring home the the 2018 EPYSA Indoor State Cup Championship!  The Dragons ‘05 had a successful day on the pitch at the U13 Indoor Cup. Split into two teams, both groups won their brackets and qualified for the semifinals. The Green Team (pictured included) was perfect on the day going 5-0, including a 4-0 victory in the semifinal match. In the final, the team rebounded from an early 1-0 deficit, to score 3 straight goals and secure a 3-1 victory over Electric City Shock Surge to bring the Cup home for a second straight year.  Congratulations to players and coaches on an outstanding performance!

Congrats to the Dragons ‘99 Green for finishing as finalist in the EPYSA U19 Indoor State Cup. After going undefeated in group play, the team went on to win their semifinal match in overtime (3-2) before coming up just short in a physical and emotional final (1-2). Congrats to players and coaches on an excellent performance.

 

The 1st Division U13 Boys FC Brandywine Holiday Tournament Championship game was an all- SCCSA Dragons ‘05 affair. Split into two groups, the teams finished as the top two teams in qualification games and met in the last match of the day. The finals match was the most competitive game of the day, with the green team edging the white in an exciting game. Congrats to the players on the success. We look forward to watching the team compete in 2018.



Congratulations to our GU16 Dragons for winning the FC Brandywine Holiday Futsal Tournament

Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons '05- Boys for winning the the 2017 Southampton Cup Premier Level Championship in Columbia, MD. The team played outstanding throughout the two day event- posting a 4-0 record. The team was anchored by fantastic goalkeeping of Jack McCann and a unyielding defensive unit that earned shutout victories in 3 of their 4 matches. The team secured the championship by besting the Lower Merion Matrix in an exciting 1-0 finals win- with Parker Wyatt finding the back of the net with under 5 minutes left in the game. Congrats again to the players and coaches for their successes on the field. We look forward to watching this team compete in the the nation's most prominent tournaments as they move forward this season and beyond!


Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons ’07- Boys for finishing the Southampton Cup as Finalist in the Premier U11 Flight! The team played outstanding soccer-against top flight challengers- throughout the entire weekend with 7 different goal scorers finding the back of the net and many others contributing assists and stellar defense. The team was anchored by the strong goalkeeping of Kevin Vasquez who was selected as Man of the Match two times during the event. Well done players and coaches on an outstanding weekend!

Congratulations to our U15 Dragons for earning the title of Champion at the FC Brandywine B+ Foundation Cup Tournament for their division. They came away with 3 wins and 1 tie. Great job boys!

Congratulations to our U16 Dragons who successfully defended their title of reigning champs of the FC Brandywine B+ Foundation Cup Tournament. Great job girls!

Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons '07 for winning the Atlantic Premier League U11-Division 2 Postseason Championship. After finishing 1st in their qualification group, the team bested Lower Merion (Semifinals) and North Union (Finals)- both with 3-1 finals scores- to clinch the championship. Two impressive victories in the knockout round! Congratulations to the players and coaches on an outstanding weekend and season! We look forward to watching this talented group continue to develop and succeed moving forward through this year and beyond!


Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons 05 for winning the Atlantic Premier League U13- D2 Postseason Championship Tournament. Over the course of the two day event, the team went 4-0, including 3 shutout victories. The team earned the championship in an exciting 1-0 finals victory against Montgomery United. Over the course of the weekend, the team scored 14 goals while allowing just 1. A truly impressive accomplishment. The win completed the regular and postseason championship sweep for this talented group of young men. They look forward to continuing to represent SCCSA as the travel to the Bethesda Premier Cup in November and the Southampton Cup in December. Best of luck to the players and coaches!

This Columbus Day weekend the SCCSA BU15 Dragons sailed to victory in the Jack Walsh Tournament. They won all of their games, 8-1, 2-1, and 6-0. In the finals, the Dragons stung the Cheltenham Swarm with a 5-1 win to claim the championship. Braden Monteleone was on fire with multiple goals in all 4 games. Great job guys!

Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons ‘04- Girls for finishing as finalist in the Dillsburg Shootout. The team was seeded #1 overall after qualifying games and made it to the Championship Game were they lost in a 12 round shootout (the team’s 3rd shootout of the tournament). Great job girls! Congrats again on a successful weekend.

Congratulations to our SCCSA Dragons '05 (BU13) for finishing the EDP Fall Kickoff as finalists in the top flight of the u13 (2005) age group. The team went undefeated in group play, including an exciting 1-0 victory over Ocean Township in the Sunday morning match to secure a spot in a championship, before losing a hard fought contest to Delaware FC in the finals. Well done!

The SCCSA Dragons '08 (BU10) played in the Kickoff Classic this weekend. They were undefeated entering the championship game. At the end of regulation play the score of the championship game was 3-3. The game went into over time with neither team scoring. The team finally lost in penalty kicks with the other team scoring one more penalty kick. The boys played their hearts out and worked well as a team through the whole weekend. Great job guys!

Congratulations to the SCCSA Dragons '04 (GU14) for winning the 2017 Hershey Cup. The girls finished the weekend with a 3-1 record, with 2 of the games being shutouts. The Dragons overcame a tough loss on Sunday morning by beating that same team again in the championship game 3-1.
